Do the Huts have utilities connected
The huts have mains electricity supply, like you’d find at your home. They also benefit from an LPG combi boiler which runs the underfloor heating and provides hot water on demand. The heating is controlled via the thermostat located in the living area. Simply press the + button on the left hand side of the thermostat to turn the heating on, time increases 30 minutes for every push of the button, to a maximum of 3 hours. The temperature is increased / decreased by pressing the +/- buttons on the right hand side of the thermostat. The toilet and waste water are plumbed into a septic tank. They have electrical and gas safe certificates and benefit from carbon monoxide alarm and heat/smoke alarm (both mains power supply with battery back-up).

Are the Huts Fully equipped
The huts benefit from a fully equipped kitchen area. Electric induction 2 ring hob, extractor fan, integrated microwave, air fryer and undercounter fridge with freezer draw. Kettle and toaster. Cafetiere. Crockery (4 place settings), mugs, glasses, cutlery, knives, utensils including spoon, spatula, tongs, grater, tin opener, cork screw, bottle opener, peeler, whisk, colander and scissors. BBQ utensils. Saucepans and frying pan. Chopping boards. BPA free microwavable containers. Glass measuring jug and bowl. There is also a retractable washing line and pegs. The huts all have an ensuite shower room with flushing toilet, sink and spacious shower.

What should I bring
The Huts are fully equipped meaning you can travel light! However you might want to bring flip flops / slidders to get to and from the Hot Tub. We are ideally located for hiking / walking, so a good pair of boots is essential.

What are the check in and check out times
Check in from 3pm – 7pm. Check out before 10.00 am. (Earlier check-ins and later check-outs are subject to bookings and will ONLY be permitted if pre-arranged).

Is there parking
There is a car park at the site. There is ample space to park one car per hut. A second car will only be permitted if pre-arranged with Bannau.

Do you sell wood / Charcoal
Guests are not permitted to bring their own BBQ / Firepits. Logs and charcoal can be purchased from BANNAU. ‘Easy Light’ Charcoal can be purchased at £5.00 a pack. Logs for the firepit and extra for the wood burning hot tub can be purchased for £7.00 a pack. These can be added at the booking ‘Extras’ page. You can also bring your own logs and ‘Easy Light’ charcoal packs.
Enough wood for using the wood burning hot tub will be provided as follows -
2 night stay - 1 x box of logs
4 night stay - 2 x box logs
7 night stay - 3 x box of logs

Can you decorate the Huts
Please send us a message with the details of the special celebration you would like the hut decorated for and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Optional extras are listed on the check out page and you can purchase balloons and champagne.

Shops
The local town of Ammanford has a Tesco and Lidl store. Co-op stores can also be found in Ammanford as well as Llandybie. You will find local butchers shops in Llandybie, Cig Y Cennen and Ammanford, Y Cigydd and bakery stores Jenkins in both Ammanford and Llandybie.
